The Millennium M570B WeaponLight replaces the weapon's original handguards and features built-in switching without any exposed wiring. Because of its lightweight and integrated design, this model is most recommended for law enforcement applications and civilian home defense. Each unit is equipped with four separate switches: (1) A pressure sensitive momentary activation pad (2) a constant-on switch (3) a system disable switch to lock the light in the OFF position for covert operations or to eliminate accidental light activation during storage, and (4) a second, smaller momentary switch to control two low-output LEDs that are useful whenever there is a need for a very small amount of light (stealth navigation, nighttime breaching operations, etc.)4 Q7 p" w( F$ W/ i$ t% i6 P3 k' m5 U
+ @* |# {& T; k$ L- oThe M570B is powered by six lithium batteries and produces 250 lumens for one hour of runtime with the high-output lamp, or 500 lumens for 20 minutes with the included ultra-high output lamp. A 2.5" TurboHead reflector focuses the beam for longer reach than a standard-size reflector. The larger reflector size combined with the incredible amount of light generated by six lithium batteries makes this model the ultimate choice for longer-range applications such as perimeter control and rural and maritime operations. Like all SureFire WeaponLights, the M570B is designed for peak performance in the harshest environments. Constructed from impact-resistant Nitrolon?polymer and featuring a shock-isolated bezel and lamp assemblies, this light features the highest degree of shock-isolation available to ensure reliable function in high-risk situations.
