问一个关于徽章的问题

在另外一个论坛看见有一个徽章，中间是老鹰一个爪子抓橄榄枝，一个爪子抓箭，外圈写着seal of the president of the UNITED STATES，不知道是个什么徽章。

惊喜的发现看英文维基不用翻墙了，原来是米国总桶的标志。

报告元大，老外一般不用红头章，我看到的实物是个别在胸口的徽章，可能是朋友参加过贴身警卫任务发的，按照维基的解释，这个标示就代表总桶的象征
