简单的说一下好了，湖南省长沙 中国海警学院的学员在同学的帮助下，在海岸警卫队的船上穿潜水装。
时间是09年8月3日.四个学员和一个长官花了3周时间在米国各个海岸警卫队流窜受训，明年，美国海岸警卫队确定时间要来中国训练海警学校的学员。

) M  W9 h' y" w( H5 f& y* Y- ~Coast Guard Cutter Eagle  EAGLE是美国United States' Revenue Cutter Service 的十条最早的CUTTER 级别舰船之一。CUTTER就是长度在65英尺以上的一种舰船级别（俺不是专业的，不知道怎么翻译成中国的分级） United States' Revenue Cutter Service 就是COAST GUARD 海岸警卫队的前身。
