It's more than 25 pieces for full set and with VHS user gude.

The complete MOLLE System comes set up in the standard rifleman configurations and includes the following items:

Constructed of 1000 Denier Cordura and regular nylon
Woodland Camo design
(1) External pack frame (Hardened plastic)
(1) Shoulder strap assembly with quick release mechanism
(1) Waist belt
(1) Waist Pack (Butt Pack)
(1) Fighting Load Carrier (vest)
(1) Removable waistpack
(1) Main ruck sack
3000 cubic inches
Water resistance Map holder
Front Pocket with zipper
(1) Patrol pack
500 cubic inches
With straps, can also be carried alone (like a regular backpack)
Internal straps for carrying radio
(1) Sleep system carrier (designed for the modular sleep system, does not come with sleeping bag)
(2) Sustainment pouches
(3) 30 round double magazine pouches (that would fit 2 M16 mags)
(2) Grenade pouches
(2) 1QT canteen / general purpose pouches
(1) Hydration System (Camel pak)
(1) Repair Kit (8 Replacement Buckles)
(2) ALICE Clip Adapter
(1) K-Bar Holder

只是穿背心带几个包的话，不会很重的，和SPEAR比轻多了，是吧SOF，还有那个LBT1195N....
